Minnesota’s New Earned Sick and Safe Time Law For Employees Working 80+ Hours In Minnesota

She defended the first few prevailing wage cases in the State of Minnesota after individuals were given a private cause of action for failure to pay prevailing wages promptly. She has defended several overtime misclassification cases and regularly audits employers’ workplace practices with respect to wage and hour matters.
